Rough Plan

Q4: How did you use media technologies in the construction, research, planning and evaluation stages?

Research

• We used survey monkey and will discuss how and what skills you learnt.. Saved us time .. Strengths and Weaknesses
• We also used the internet to study conventions of the genre such as (Google) and (Youtube) to look at examples of teaser trailers to get a rough idea of what we want our trailer to be about. write about how me searched

Planning

• Used the camera to take pictures of locations, make up, the whole process of the making of devil's orphan  
• Use of technology in aiding communication using screen shots,video and images for what went on  to youtube to look at examples of teaser trailers
• Use of facebook/ MSN / BB messenging to ensure group members know the dates for filming and what equipment/ props/ costume is needed.
• Do a storyboard and scan it onto blogger
• Used photoshop and did drafts of the magazine front cover and poster and post them onto blogger
• Analysis- Justify why we made these decisions e.g chose to use certain props and costumes for our trailer
• Treatment- use of words

Production

• Technologies such as camera, track, card reader, crane, lights and tripod video post production such as photoshop

Filming

• Is to do with the filming process (setting up the lights,camera, props, costume etc)

Photography

• The use of camera and flash 

Post- production

• Discuss the use of photoshop and final cut pro and technical aspects such as: Using your own brushes in photoshop, downloading copyright free fonts, performing ripple deletes etc.
